Absolutely perfect location, extremely polite staff, beds were big. The room was impressive and lovely, with well-organised space. The service was excellent in my opinion. Could use their ample parking. I had a fairly nice experience.

All in all a very nice experience. We loved our deluxe queen room with contemporary furniture. Absolutely amazing hotel in very popular area. The food at the grill restaurant was excellent. All the services were impeccable here.

we came to collingwood for short stay, nothing bothered me for this hotel. heavenly sweets cafe, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the property. the bed was comfortable. we loved the fact that we chose living water resort.
